I sent your request to the transfer agent (Computershare) that handles
Yahoo! stock, below is their reply:

Hi Karen,

I checked our registered shareholder file and there is no record of a
Brad Sims as an owner of Yahoo! stock. I also checked for her name just
to be safe. Further, I looked it up and it appears that Resumix was
purchased by Hot Jobs before HotJobs was purchased by Yahoo! and some
people received cash and some stock, depending on how the shares were
held as Resumix. Then HotJobs was purchased by Yahoo! a year later.

The exchange back then (at least the Resumix part) was not handled by
Computershare, so most likely this person received cash back when the
Resumix deal went into effect. We would have him on our records if he
had HotJobs stock when it merged with Yahoo! so most likely he received
a pay out ten years ago when the first merger occurred. We wouldn't
have a record of it, though since we (Computershare & Yahoo!) weren't
involved in that part.

Karen,

I called the transfer agent a few minutes ago and spoke to Christine
Willard. She stated that she has no knowledge of YAHOO acquiring
HOTJOBS or RESUMIX and she's "never even heard of these two companies"
She's also not familiar with YAHOO JAPAN and has no idea who their
transfer agent is. She did however perform an immediate 30 second
search for my husband's stock via his social security number and came
up with "no record." I found the whole conversation very odd and
impossible to believe that YAHOO's transfer agent has never heard of
RESUMIX or HOT JOBS.

I would appreciate receiving the name of the transfer agent for YAHOO
JAPAN.

I apologize for the rep being confused when she spoke to you. The
exchange is almost 10 years old so some of the newer reps aren't
familiar with it. Computershare will be having a senior person call you
today to discuss. Also, as for Yahoo! Japan, they looked it up and it
appears a Japanese transfer agent handles that so they will pass that
information on to you as well.
